Your Arise account

Verify your email or use Google sign-in to access member services. Keep your credentials private and use the service only for activities you are authorized to perform. You remain responsible for reviewing agent actions and model output.

Hosted models and wallet

Arise model credits are a prepaid service balance denominated in US dollars. Prices for each model are shown in your account. Usage is charged from provider-reported input, cached input and output token totals. Requests reserve a maximum amount before starting, then release the unused portion after usage is verified. Unverified usage remains reserved while it is reviewed.

Top-ups add the credit amount you select. A service fee of 5% plus $0.50 is added to the payment; the total is shown before checkout. Currency conversion or card issuer fees may apply separately. A checkout return page does not confirm payment; credits appear after Stripe confirms payment. Contact support for payment problems or refund requests.

DeepSeek pricing has a 2× multiplier during weekday UTC 01:00–04:00 and 06:00–10:00. The multiplier applies if a request starts or finishes during those periods. Current model availability and prices may change for future requests.

Agent email

A signed-in agent can send a message and attachments to your verified Arise account email address. The first 10 emails per account each UTC day are free. Each additional email costs $0.01, deducted from your Arise wallet balance. The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC (09:00 in Korea). Paid email requires sufficient available credit. A limit of 200 emails per account per day and a rate limit of 5 requests per minute apply.

If sending fails, the free allowance or email charge is returned. If a connection is interrupted, the message may already have been sent; check your inbox before retrying. Review the message and attachments before asking the agent to send them. Agent email comes from a noreply address; use Contact for support.

Shared workflows

Web memory records are reviewed hints. Verify them against the current website and use your own permissions. Optional contributions are associated with your account and reviewed before any publication.
